I love my Coffee Ninja. I get up every morning and make myself something delicious to drink. It takes more time and effort  that a cup of tea or your traditional coffee, but I am like to feel that I worth the effort.

This morning I was out of my homemade vanilla syrup, so I had to make my second go-to favorite. My a Salted Caramel Latte. I love caramel and salted caramel is a close second.

I start by adding a tablespoon of caramel to cup and microwaving for 30 seconds. Next I place the cup two brew two scoops of Starbucks Espresso under the “4oz concentrate” setting.

I add a cup of skimmed milk to my coffee mug and microwave the milk for 50 seconds. Once the milk is heated I use the built in aerator to froth the milk for 30 seconds.

Pour the coffee mixture over the frothed milk. Top with caramel syrup and a dash of sea salt.

Now sit back and enjoy you Homemade Salted Caramel Latte! 🙂
